Mesaj:Have just returned from the blue fish for the second time and am already planning going back next year. The welcome received is the best I have ever had anywhere. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and the maitre d' checks on a regular basis that everything is ok. He also ensures everyone does as they are supposed to and this makes it a very safe place. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Everything is cleaned on a regular basis and though basic, has everything you could need. There is always enough food and drink unlike some hotels which run out. The proximity to the beach is fabulous and we took full advantage of the beach bar. Having two teenage girls can be a bit of a worry but not here. The male staff were friendly but without being over friendly and were a credit it to the hotel. Special mentions to Mustafa (Houston), Mehmet and Nadji in the bar and Younis (Hugus) in the restaurant. The two lads in reception speak great English and were always helpful and friendly. Thaks for giving us a great holiday, see you all next year. x

Mesaj:Ездили втроем с мамой и дочкой 3 года. С 21 сентября по 4 октября через "Пегас-Туристик". Ориентировались по отзывам, т.к. брали практически горящий тур за неделю до вылета. В целом отдохнули хорошо, отель соответствует практически во всем заявленному. Оператор Пегас просто молодцы, все отлично отработано, без накладок и без лишних напрягов со стороны гида Шамиля. Далее по порядку: ОТЕЛЬ И ТЕРРИТОРИЯ. Территория небольшая, но на ней все компактно расположено. Один взрослый и один детский бассейн с лежаками, бар, танцплощадка, детская комната, зеленая лужайка. Рядом с отелем с двух сторон стоят соседние, поэтому у некоторых (типа нас) балконы выходят чуть не на балкон соседнего отеля. Номера маленькие, особенно если третью кровать поставить, но я так понял, что это практически везде так. В номере: 3 кровати, столик с двумя небольшими креслами, трюмо, тумбочка, встроенный шкаф только с вешалками и двумя ящиками без единой полочки. Мебель вся (кроме кроватей) какого-то совковского вида и качества, ну да ладно. Телевизор, кондиционер, фен все было. Санузел хреновый. Сантехника сама нормальная, но и раковина и поддон душевой постоянно заполнялись водой, которая потом сходила минут по 15. Вероятно, что такое чистка труб для них неизвестно. ПИТАНИЕ. Еда разнообразная, всегда много овощей, несколько салатов, гарниров, всегда мясо или рыба нормальные (правда, пару раз сою давали), арбузы, дыни, апельсины очень вкусные. Супы-пюре постоянные, правда, на любителя. Из напитков 3 кулера с водой (столовка, бар, бар на пляже), юпи (не представляю, как ее пили люди:-), вино белое/красное так себе, в барах пиво более-менее, водка, кола, спрайт, фанта, швепсы все это входило (в отличие от соседнего отеля Мирабель, где вместо колы и Ко были местные аналоги). Пару раз после обеда женщина пекла лепешки с брынзой очень вкусные. Единственное, что можно сказать не очень хорошо про питание, это то, что для детей, привыкших к нормальной домашней пище типа каш, борща, котлет там было очень сложно подбирать питание. Т.к. ПОЧТИ все с добавлениями соусов разных (в большинстве острых), приправ, зелени и т.д. СЕРВИС. Вот тут я поставил тройку из-за уборщиц и аниматоров. Уборщицы - просто бездельницы. Повесишь табличку "нужна уборка", приходят постоянно когда ребенок спит и меняем на "не беспокоить". Приходят в другое время, не знаю, что делают, но потом и пыль остается и маленькие крошки на полу, а про мытье раковины и душа речи вообще не шло. Полотенца меняли за 1,5 недели 3 раза банные, 1 раз постельное белье и 1 раз все остальные полотенца. Мне посоветовали чаевые оставить после первого раза, но о каких чаевых речь может идти, когда явно халтурно сделали дело. Что не скажешь об остальном сервисе! На ресепшене, в столовой, вообще персонал очень доброжелательный, вежливый, всегда улыбаются, готовы помочь, если есть проблемы/вопросы. Суат на ресепшене (типа портье) очень полюбил дочку, всегда улыбался, дарил конфетки и называл ее "кузиииии" (что бы это значило:)) АНИМАЦИЯ. Скажу не только свое мнение, а также еще нескольких людей, с кем общался на отдыхе. Аниматоры - лентяи. Могут в принципе делать все нормально, но надо подгонять. Например, на волейбол я несколько дней пинками гонял их собирать людей для игры. Потом устал и забил. С водным поло то же самое. Детские дискотеки ведут хорошо. В общем-то, вот и вся анимация. Волейбол и детские дискотеки. Больше ничем не занимались. Ну еще переодевались к ужину в разные костюмы, типа смешили народ. Возможно, такой спад анимационной программы связан с концом сезона. ПЛЯЖ И МОРЕ. Вот это все супер. Правда, пляж отеля с лежаками мы не использовали совсем, т.к. вход в воду плохой. Постоянно ходили влево на ничейный пляж к скалам купаться, где и пляж хороший (с собой брали соломенную подстилку из ИКЕИ) и вход в воду (песок с мелкой галькой) хороший. Несколько дней на море были большие волны, с ребенком особо не поплаваешь, я купался один, т.к. сложно выходить из моря, волны кидают сильно на берег. А когда море спокойное, купаться отлично. Вода очень чистая, прозрачная. Купались и утром до обеда и иногда вечером до ужина. Правда, темнеет очень быстро. ЭКСКУРСИИ И ШОПИНГ. Все экскурсии (1.турецкая баня - супер, всем понравилось, 2.аквапарк в Белеке - тоже понравился, хороший и разнообразный, 3. демре-мира-кекова - мама ездила, довольна) покупали через Бугра-Турс. Это местное агенство позади отеля, чуть правее. Организация экскурсий на хорошем уровне, ничуть не хуже экскурсий от Пегаса. Где-то даже и лучше, т.к. обо всем можно разузнать (по-русски говорят), нюансы уточнить, и дешевле прилично. Пегасовскими экскурсиями народ в целом доволен, кто ездил, но были недочеты, на которые жаловались.

Overall, the cool memories.The hotel is basic but exceptionally clean.The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.Is too many Russian there.Loads of salads and melon but god help you if you have a child, nothing for them at all.The beer is very weak and the spirits they serve are whiskey gin, and vodka.I wouldn`t go back to this hotel but i would go to turkey again!Mustafa,Mehmet and Nadji,they are really fun.Kiss..

Mesaj:We have just got back from this hotel, 30th June 2010 and we (4 girls) had the most fantastic holiday. This was my 3rd holiday to Turkey and I always say you get what you pay for. We paid £300 all inc for 1 week and this was by far the best hotel I have stayed at for the money. The transfer was a tad long and it didnt help having a driver who didnt know where the hotel was!! We arrived at 5am very tired and hungry but were greeted with rolls to eat and taken to our rooms which were basic but still had tv, aircon and hairdryer and even soap and shampoo. the beds were very clean and towels and sheets changed everyday and the room tidyed. the food is good lots of salads and fruit, past , chips or potatoes 2 kinds of meat dishes and veggies. Some of the english people were saying how bad it was but we all were very happy with the food and i am a very fussy eater lol. There were not very many English at this hotel , some Germans but mainly Russians who thought they were better than everyone else and pushed in the queues but it didnt spoil anything. We stayed by the pool everyday apart from trips out, the boat trip is fab. The beach is very close but a bit rocky but ok to the right and has watersports. The swimming pool was very deep even at the shallow end we could only just stand up in it. All the staff are very friendly and will do anything they can to help, the animation team were very good trying to do stuff day and night but we had such a good time we had our own entertainment.The drinks were ok only local drinks are free but thats the same as anywhere. oh and the only other thing i didnt like was no real fruit juice to drink but there we are. I have not written one of these before but i so enjoyed this hotel......we will definately be back for another holiday. Thankyou everyone at the Blue Fish xxx

Ive never met such friendly and helpful staff, they couldn't do enough for you. Id like to say a special thankyou to some of the staff who made my holiday full of fun......Hasan and Ismail from the pool bar, Deniz the photographer, Mahmut the bell boy, Yilmaz from the restaurant and a special thanks to the 2 animation guys Jan and Ozi they were brilliant at there job and we had many a good times round the pool and on the disco bus which went into town every night. Absolutely fantastic holiday and watch this space because Scooby Doo will be back at the blue fish In October/

Mesaj:Mir hat eigentlich alles gefallen, auser das Essen und die Dusche. Das Essen weil es sehr wenig auswahl gab und mir immer davon schlecht wurde aber vieleicht hab ich das Essen auch einfach nich vertragen. Und die Dusche weil sie Alt war und das Wasser sehr langsam wegging. Aber sonst fand ich alles gut. Alle waren sehr nett. Und ein paar Mitarbeiter sahen auch noch hamer gut aus :) ich würge aufjedenfall wieder kommen aber wegen dem Essen halt.

Mesaj:Thıs Hotel ıs very good - the staff are very good and helpful - ıf you are polıte and respectful to them there recıprocate thıs the same . They always have a bıg smıle and are pleased to talk to you . The facılıtıes are very good and any problems you have are very quıckly sorted out. Thıs ıs a nıce quıet hotel although ıt ıs near maın road you do not hear the noıse from ıt at all. The standard of cleanıng ın hotel ıs excellent . There are local buses to take you to nearby towns and markets. As wıth all hotels your tour guıde wıll try to sell you trıps to local places at what they say are good prıces - thıs ıs not the case - the hotels trıps are expensıve and often poorly run and late.
